Kris Psyche Resus of the Municipality of Infanta, Quezon was proclaimed 2010 Miss Philippines Earth in a grand coronation night held at the Acquatica of the Manila Ocean Park.
Clad in a purple gown, Resus was crowned by outgoing queen Sandra Seifert (Miss Philippines Earth 2009 and Miss Earth - Air 2009) and Ramon Monzon (President of Carousel Productions).
Completing her court are Emerie Dale Cunanan (Mun. of Pandan, Antique), Miss Philippines Water; Renee McHugh (Fil. USA-East Coast), Miss Philippines Air; Gwenaelle Ruais (Fil. France), Miss Philippines Fire; and Angela Fernando (Mun. of Lubao, Pampanga), Miss Philippines Eco-Tourism.
